Local Spark Torbay CIC collects personal data when an individual voluntarily signs up to our newsletters and mailing lists, and events, such as the Local Entrepreneur Forum, Community of Dragons, Project Design Hackathon, workshops, meetups, Torbay Social Enterprise Network events, and other events. This information is usually name and contact information and is always voluntarily given. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will we use the information about you?
We use personal contact information to communicate with you about our news and events, and local community events, via the Local Spark & TSEN Newletter which is published several times a year. Other information is used in the context of event participation.
We use your information collected from the website and social media to track the demographic of people interacting with us. Data will not be identifiable.

We will never share your personal data with anyone outside of Local Spark Torbay CIC, except when required to do so legally ie to law enforcement agencies.
